  General technical opinions can normally be obtained from staff or   contracted consultants but where necessary advice is also obtained    from PTP Tax Consultancy, Nicola Ross Martin and other boutique     specialists.

        Inheritance tax planning is becoming of far more relevance to          more people now with the exemption limit on £300,000.           (Incidentally, if that had kept pace with inflation since being            introduced it would now be £480,000).

             Lashmars have some simple and effective arrangements for               avoiding IHT on a family home and will produce constructive                advice on IHT avoidance planning generally.
