                        *In cases where that is not possible the fee basis will be set out and agreed before
                       work commences, in some cases fees can be results based, particularly for
                      business purchase and sale where the outcome may be uncertain. Lashmars
                     never work with commission paying suppliers, only suppliers who will
                   charge clearly  explained fees.
